Skanda AI Systems offers the following services (subject to separate statements of work or engagement letters where applicable):

• AI consulting services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, except where a written contract provides otherwise.

By using our services, you agree to:

Payment terms for our services are agreed in writing before project commencement. All fees are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.

• Payment is due as per the agreed schedule
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

• We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
• Your data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information
• We do not share your information without consent except as required by law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a higher cap is agreed in a signed written contract.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and in our deliverables are owned by Skanda AI Systems or our licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You may not reverse engineer or extract source code from our services except as permitted by law

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
